We spent the weekend with our friends Lawrence & Joyce and their family in Milwaukee. One of the highlights of the trip was going to what Maddy called the 'Waukee Zoo.' They have a beautiful zoo there, probably better than either zoo that we have in the Twin Cities. Here are a few pictures from the zoo:

I remember going to the "Waukee Zoo" when I was a kid. Would love to get there sometime. Looks like you guys had a great time!
Fun weekend! Don't you love when those peacocks fan out? So pretty! Love the final shot with the ladies. Friends are so special!
That is so fun. I love the photos of the bird.
And the Hippos. It's the one thing I just don't like about the FTW Zoo. You can't really see them unless it's feeding time. Great shot.
